The signature Peking duck is a must-order every time. There's a red fish-maw soup paired with Sichuan soup, steamed dim sum gold-bag dumplings with truffle, prawn har gow with bird's nest and salmon roe, crab-and-prawn siu mai, steamed crab claw in curry-powder sauce, and charcoal lava steamed buns.
Fried dim sum includes prawn balls, soft-shell crab in salted egg sauce, fried prawn-stuffed tofu skin, crab-cheese wontons, and salt-and-pepper fried squid, plus yangzhou fried rice. Desserts include mango pudding, mango-pomelo sago, and boat-noodle-style ginkgo in ginger syrup.
