Matcha ONE, an outstanding matcha shop — anyone visiting Taipei needs to book a table and stop by. Genuinely delicious. Staff can speak a little Thai, and the person making the matcha can speak a little English. The Matcha Roll and matcha crepe cake are exquisitely refined.
We chose a medium-intensity tea, richly fragrant, and the Mont Blanc was excellent too. We also ordered a Hojicha ice cream cone, which you have to eat outside the shop. You must book a table through their page in advance, or there's no seating.
