You get to pick 1 premium plate per person from 5 menu options, plus over 30 more menu items you can order unlimited. We tried the onion steak with garlic sauce, and a beef burger with fries, with your choice of doneness.
The buffet menu you can keep ordering includes a beef hot pot clear soup, khao mok with tender braised beef, beef congee with crispy pork crackling, vegetables stir-fried in olive oil, Thai custard cups, and coconut ice cream. They use Droughtmaster-breed beef, grain-fed in Thailand for 200 days. There are currently 5 branches.
