Reviewing Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa — wow! Fell in love on the very first visit! It's a mid-range hotel, not pricey, with genuinely huge rooms — fitness fans will love it. There's enough to do all day that you never need to leave the property. Right now there's a KTC card promotion for 15% off when booking direct with the hotel. The atmosphere is fantastic, with beautiful views, a big pool, and plenty of activities — great for families. The hotel is right on the beach, quiet and peaceful, with spacious, clean rooms, a plush bed, soft pillows, and an amazing bathtub — good enough to soak in twice a day.
Breakfast at Sea Saltz restaurant has Thai and Western food, croissants, bread, and various egg options — our favorite was the poached eggs served with panang sauce, absolutely excellent. There's also rice porridge with sides, French toast, and so much bread you can't finish it all. The private beach has a stunning, romantic sunset in the evenings, and the beach bar serves food and drinks too. Staff were friendly and attentive, and there's a separate Quan Spa building that's beautiful — perfect for a bit of self-pampering. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful beachfront stay, this is a great choice.
