Hot-pot yentafo in Chiang Mai, at Yong Theu Fu. It came in an impressive presentation and tasted good, though it's a shame it wasn't served piping hot, and the hot pot itself took a while to heat up. Might be worth asking them to bring it out already boiling hot so it's even better.
