We really loved the ranjuan beef curry at At-Ta-Rote — we've had this dish at many restaurants, and this one is the best, so good we drank the bowl dry. The watermelon with dried fish is excellent, the miang kham with lotus petals is perfectly bite-sized with well-rounded flavor, and the catfish fried with ginger is mellow and delicious. The stir-fried cha-om leaves with egg is another dish we love ordering generously. Anyone who wants to follow our lead here, go for it — it's genuinely delicious.
