A stunning Italian restaurant on the 28th floor of the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok — Attico Cucina Italiana. We went for Sunday Brunch, which isn't held every week, so you need to follow their page for updates. Tall, grand doors, rows of oak wine-aging barrels, exposed brick walls, and a panoramic view of Bangkok through floor-to-ceiling windows all around.
The grilled hotate scallops were incredibly juicy — we went through 10 of them. There's Alaskan king crab leg, and grilled lobster (half per person) that's juicy and delicious. French and Korean oysters were fresh and tasty, and the pasta station offers several dishes to choose from. We finished with a chocolate fondue and a freshly baked raspberry soufflé.
Normally the restaurant runs à la carte. The atmosphere is fantastic across the board — the view, the decor, and the friendly service. We'd recommend booking a window-side table ahead of time. Tel: 02-302-3333.
