Our favorite ice cream shop in Singapore is this one, Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique. They have several branches, but we prefer the Beach Road one since it's less crowded than the Jewel branch — you get served in no time. Every flavor is delicious; pistachio is our favorite. The hojicha is great too, and there's a fragrant chrysanthemum flower flavor, lightly sweet, just to our taste. P.S. you're only allowed to sample 2 flavors per person.
