A newly opened, deeply classic Thai restaurant, Chef's Memories Restaurant gathers the culinary memories of Chef Chumpol Jangprai, with recipes taken from his great-grandmother Sanguan Sri Kamolnawin of 'Ran Sanguan Sri,' where the chef grew up immersed in cooking since childhood. Elegant atmosphere, with a large selection of ancient Thai dishes.

The crispy khao tang topped with shrimp is really delicious; the fish cakes come with a bouncy dipping sauce; the palace-style crispy noodles are sweet-tart and fragrant with large prawns; the shrimp plah is boldly spicy; the khanom chin sao nam with fish-ball sauce is bouncy, fragrant, and rich; and the stir-fried wild boar in red curry paste is bold in flavor.

The stir-fried snakehead fish with ginger-turmeric paste, crispy fried, was our favorite; the hor mok with snakehead fish and yo leaf is fully spiced; the mackerel shrimp-paste chili dip is very fragrant; and the green curry with fish-ball is rich. For dessert, buttery nai pang bread paired with ice cream, and thap thim krop just right. Open daily 10 AM-10 PM.
