We'd been wanting to try Fattchicken Rice for a while — a chicken rice shop by Chef Enoch from Singapore, bringing Singapore-style chicken rice to Thailand. What's special is the spicy-sour soybean sauce done Thai-style, a ginger sauce, and a Singapore-style blended chili sauce — eating all 3 together hits just the right balance.
The rice is fragrant with beautifully separated grains, and the chicken pieces are just the right size. It's mid-range priced, and one set is filling on its own. We added an organic soy milk and a grass jelly on the side — full for hours after. Branches at Centralworld 3rd floor, The Mall Ngamwongwan 5th floor, and True Digital Park 1st floor.
