What we ordered: Wagyu & Yuzu chimichurri, excellent wagyu beef with fried potatoes; a sashimi platter of salmon, tuna, scallop, hamachi, and a generous portion of salmon roe; Salmon Mirin served with avocado and cauliflower puree; and Cod Miso, miso-marinated snow fish baked in aioli garlic sauce.
Snow Crab kani sarada, a snow crab salad loaded with crab meat; Mentaiko bravas, layered fried potatoes with mentaiko kimchi sauce, absolutely excellent; and Hojicha Basque Cheesecake, fragrant with hojicha alongside hazelnut ice cream, paired with lychee-mint and raspberry-lemon mocktails.
