Followed by salt-and-pepper fried pork with a generous helping of pork crackling — the pork crackling is outstanding, you could just order the salt-and-pepper pork crackling on its own. Then glass noodles stir-fried with egg and fresh mixed seafood, fragrant with wok-hei — the glass noodles have great chew, served with a seafood chili-fish-sauce dip that's highly recommended.
