I've seen a lot of people posting about convenience-store kimbap, so here's my personal take — I've had it 3 times now, the kimchi pork flavor. Review: it's convenient since it's easy to find, easy to buy, and easy to eat, and it's well priced at just 39 baht. The flavor is genuinely done well. The rice isn't as soft as it could be since it's chilled, and the seaweed isn't crispy — if they could package the seaweed separately like a rice ball, that would be great.
