Had the chance to attend the Michelin Guide Thailand 2025 event. This year was especially exciting since Sorn restaurant won Thailand's first-ever Michelin three-star rating, for its exquisite Southern Thai cuisine.
Award summary: Three Michelin stars — Sorn. Two Michelin stars — Côte by Mauro Colagreco (upgraded), Chef's Table, Kha, Mezzaluna, Aahaan, Suhring, Baan Tepa. One Michelin star — Akkee, Avant, Goût, Aulis, Koda. And the special MICHELIN Green Star award — Baan Tepa. This year added 462 new restaurants, including the first-ever restaurants surveyed from Chonburi.
