A small, lovely London-style shop tucked away around Charan 79 — Pantry by Jar, by Khun Ja, an owner with a real passion for cooking who ran a shop in London for decades. Now back opening in Thailand with recipes straight from Europe, complete with a small London-style bar corner.
Truffle mushroom soup with garlic bread, squid-ink pasta in a refreshing lemon-parmesan sauce, Italian-style carbonara, rich beef bolognese pasta, ribeye with homemade gravy, fish and chips in a beer-batter, and lamb massaman that pairs beautifully with the lamb. Finished with a croffle and burnt banana ice cream.
