If you're near Sukhumvit Soi 50 and ordering through Grab, try this shop called Papa Loves You. We've ordered several times now and the flavor holds up — it might run a bit pricey, but the ingredients they use and the flavor are genuinely good. Each day they only sell about 2-3 dishes.

This time we tried the fermented pork stir-fried with fried egg, and the chicken stir-fried with egg and pork lard — both well-balanced in flavor. The pear juice was good too.
