Today we're celebrating the month of love with the "Signature Roast Chicken of Love" menu at Poulet, a modern Western comfort food restaurant serving classic Western dishes tailored to Asian tastes. It's expanded across Singapore and now to Thailand — today we're at the Central World branch, 6th floor.
The signature roast half chicken, marinated overnight, comes with Caesar salad and garlic bread. The Poulet-style chicken steak is marinated until the sauce soaks into the meat, served with french fries. The fresh fettuccine with chicken in truffle Alfredo sauce comes with an added fried egg and garlic bread.
