Sane' Cafe, a coffee shop in downtown Mae Sariang, Mae Hong Son — anyone passing through Mae Sariang needs to stop by.
They roast their own beans in light, medium, and dark, catering to every kind of coffee drinker. Light-roast fans should try the Ristretto — they pour the "head" and "tail" of the shot into two separate cups so you get to taste two different flavors, which is fun. Medium and dark roast fans have plenty of options too, or if you like it sweet, try the Dalgona, which is really good.
The prices are incredible too, averaging around 40 baht a cup — the two of us ended up ordering four cups 😁👍. Open daily 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
