Saw this famous shop that just opened below our hotel while visiting Tokyo — Shokun Burger. Ordered the signature to try: 2 thick wagyu beef patties. But the meat mixed in was too tough, and hitting a larger chunk made it nearly impossible to chew. Overall, not that impressed by the signature wagyu.
