The mermaid shop's Suwannakod pineapple drink series is back, with 3 options to choose from: cold brew coffee, black tea, and hibiscus tea (a slightly sour hibiscus flower tea). The pineapple base is blended with pineapple sauce and pineapple pieces, made into a slushy poured over your chosen drink.
We tried the hibiscus tea version — perfectly sweet, fragrant, and tart, refreshing. The other two, black tea and cold brew, are good too. This drink is exclusive to Thailand and will stay a permanent fixture on the Thai menu.
