Starita Bangkok is the legendary pizzeria from Naples that just opened its first branch outside Italy, right here in Thonglor. Founded in 1901, over 120 years ago, it started as a small wine cellar in the Materdei district of Naples before growing into one of the best pizzerias in Italy.
Dishes we tried: Montanara Starita Standard Pizza, fried dough that's light and airy, crisp outside and soft inside, topped with marinara sauce — a must-order! Burrata Salad with soft, mellow cheese and fresh tomatoes. Carbonara with Rigatoni, a rich, silky cheese-and-egg-yolk sauce. Pappardelle with Alaska Crab, bold with fresh crab leg meat. And Seabass Steak, sweet, juicy fish with crispy skin. We finished with Tiramisu and Angioletti with Nutella, an Italian take on Chinese fried dough.
