Via Emilia Italian Restaurant is genuinely delicious. Today we came for this pizza — one of our all-time favorites. The crust is thin with great flavor, eye-openingly good, topped with Burrata cheese for extra richness, creaminess, and juiciness, eaten with parma ham and rocket — a perfect pairing.
We're only raving about the pizza today, but everything else here is delicious too. Go try it, you won't be disappointed — just book a table first, or you might be disappointed to find there isn't one.
