Kanori Hand Roll Bar has opened at Siam Paragon, everyone! We're already fans of this place, so the moment we heard about the new ground-floor branch, we rushed over immediately. The atmosphere is warm and luxurious, cozy yet upscale, with private seating too — great for a date or hanging out with friends.
Today we tried the latest set menu, KANORI THE FIFTH, and it's excellent! Otoro Bomb: beautifully marbled otoro, sauced and torched for fragrance, topped with a savory marinated egg yolk that melts in the mouth — an unmissable dish. Crispy Ikura: salmon roe with smoked cream cheese, a perfect match. Shima Aji: crisp, sweet fish paired with a refreshing yuzu jelly. Spicy Crab: a generous, sweet, dense serving of crab meat. And the Tempura Roll: tiger prawn, firm and springy, absolutely satisfying.
