TaoTao's Hong Kong-style steamed milk is gently smooth on the tongue. We ordered a set with toppings, served adorably and deliciously too — the texture is close to a milk pudding, smooth and fragrant with milk. The shop has a separate milk pudding item too; the difference is the steamed milk doesn't use agar powder like the pudding does.
A great snack item. The shop also has milk tea and fruit tea drinks to choose from. The steamed milk set in the photo is 90 baht. The shop is at Pratu Phi, and now has a new branch near Robinson Bang Rak too.
