The Ruby Sea Cafe, Phuket, is a cute cafe with drinks, sweets, and a bit of food, all tasting decent. More importantly, the view is fantastic — a great spot to sit and watch planes since it's not far from Phuket Airport. Perfect for finding a spot to sit before heading to the airport (convenient if you have your own car). The road to the shop feels a bit hidden, but we like that. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, open Tuesday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM, Saturday-Sunday 8 AM-6 PM, closed Monday.
