Recommending a cafe in Phrae — Charlotte Hut Coffee & Tea Bar, a cute, stylish shop with several cozy corners to sit in. We tried the dirty coffee and it was genuinely great, exactly the style we like — rich, creamy milk with an espresso shot that clearly extracts the coffee's oils. And at 80 baht a glass, it's excellent value.
