The advantage of honey is that it doesn't spike insulin the way sugar does, so it's genuinely guilt-free. We ordered two flavors: Pistachio, a rich pistachio gelato made with an organic milk base blended with real pistachio, topped with crushed pistachio and soft whipped cream — deeply nutty and not overly sweet.
Vanilla, the classic, uses real vanilla — smooth, mellow, and cleanly fragrant, with a straightforward flavor. You can taste right away that there's no sugar mixed in.
