Odien Noodles — our favorite fried shrimp wontons ever, and the egg noodles are delicious too, thin Hong Kong-style noodles. This is the original shop, near Odien Traffic Circle, Yaowarat. We've eaten here since childhood — a longtime favorite.
The fried shrimp wontons are the most delicious, a must-order for everyone. The noodles are excellent, thin and crunchy, but they come unseasoned — how delicious it turns out depends on how you season it yourself. The shop also has fish maw, chicken noodles in gravy, and steamed dim sum available as sides.
