Pastale Home Cafe is a home-cooked pasta shop that's genuinely delicious, open only 2 sittings a week. The vongole (clam) pasta hits exactly our favorite flavor, with well-made noodles. The garlic chili bacon pasta is really rich, and the pesto pasta lets you choose bacon or red shrimp.
The Pasta Carbonara BKK has a touch of sriracha and delicious cheese. The red shrimp paella, a dry Spanish-style fried rice, is dry but really good. The Yaki Pasta, Japanese-style with dried fish flakes, is tasty too. Prices run from just over 100 to a bit over 200 baht a plate.
