This one's a must-try! We went to the seafood buffet at Square One, Dusit Princess Srinakarin, and came away completely full. It focuses on freshness sourced from Khlong Dan in Samut Prakan and Bang Pakong in Chachoengsao. The grilled squid is delicious — tender, sweet, and never rubbery, served hot off the grill and incredibly fragrant. The grilled shrimp is large, firm, and fresh, grilled to just the right doneness.
