It opens with a complimentary clock-face cookie, followed by "Pao Ling Go" (724 years ago), a fermented Khao Niao Khiao Ngu rice drink with jinda red chili paste added, sour and spicy to whet the appetite.
Standout dishes include royal-court crispy noodles, "Mee Nam Baan Ratchathut" (154 years ago), crispy noodles with a large piece of crab claw meat; "Matsaya Som Bai" (724 years ago), red snapper larb wrapped in garcinia leaf; "Ron Rot Ocha-em," rice mixed with M.R.
