Today we went for a need for speed at IMPACT SPEEDPARK, a genuinely fun and truly world-class go-kart track — it uses the team and system from RTX by SODI, a world-class brand. The new-model karts are safe and easy to drive; first-timers need to complete a lap in 53 seconds or under before they're allowed onto the gas-powered karts.
Membership costs 100 baht, and each session runs 8-10 minutes (about 5 laps). The first lap felt slow while getting used to it, but once you get a feel for the kart it's a total blast — easy to drive, not difficult at all. There's a safety briefing and a helmet provided before you drive. Really fun, would love to go again. Open Monday-Friday 2 PM-10 PM, Saturday-Sunday 10 AM-10 PM.
