GOWIN Dimsum, Sathupradit, serves accessibly priced premium dim sum with genuinely outstanding flavor. The owner is Chef Ton — Thitid Tassanakajohn, owner of the Michelin-starred Le Du. Regular dim sum starts at 39 baht, premium items start at 149 baht.

The standout dish is the Gowin claypot rice with red pork, baked in a claypot until juicy, a large plate meant for sharing. The premium crab har gow and premium shrimp shumai are both densely packed and delicious. The premium red pork bao has soft dough and well-balanced filling — a must. The shrimp rice noodle rolls are crispy and tender, a good match, and the salted-egg lava bao has a genuinely well-made filling.

The fried shrimp spring rolls with mala cream sauce, a hit dish from Culinary Class War, are really delicious (89 baht), served with a bold Chinese chili paste dip. There's also bak kut teh soup and fish maw. Desserts include Kyoto green tea pudding, Hokkaido fresh milk pudding, and Kobe custard pudding — smooth, fragrant, and delicious across the board.
