SEKI Hand Roll & Sushi Bar at Emsphere, ground floor — a must for sushi lovers, because this isn't just a regular hand roll spot. It's omakase-grade ingredients in a super laid-back setting, casual and comfortable. We ordered the Set of 6 Rolls for 990 baht, plus add-ons of Aburi Otoro and a Lobster Handroll.
Hotate Yuzu Caviar is a great opener — fresh scallop with a mellow yuzu aroma, paired with the restaurant's signature red-vinegar rice. Hamachi Yuzu Kosho: fresh fish, zero fishiness, with yuzu kosho adding a refreshing kick.

Hon Maguro is the highlight of the set — three cuts of bluefin tuna in one bite: akami, chutoro, and otoro. We'd recommend eating from akami toward otoro to feel the richness build gradually. Negitoro, finely minced tuna mixed with scallion, is intensely savory.

Engawa Tempura is fried crisp outside, soft inside, topped with a fragrant sauce. The Aburi Otoro add-on is worth every baht — a big piece of otoro torched to a smoky richness. The Lobster Handroll has perfectly cooked lobster topped with fish roe and shrimp roe caviar.

We customized the Foie Gras Roll with no rice, getting a big, rich piece of foie gras. We finished with Kampyo, dried Japanese gourd simmered in a sweet-salty soy glaze — a clean palate cleanser. Free-refill seaweed soup, hot green tea, and pickled ginger and daikon are also served alongside.
Staff service was excellent — professional but friendly, constantly swapping out hand towels. Genuinely great attention to detail.
